Hidden Door to Create Multi Use for Hov Hub
A feature of a local homebuilder is to include a safe room in each of their homes. It's a simple application of a door that looks like a bookshelf. While we are looking to minimize options, this is one idea that may make the base architecture of our homes serve more customers. For those that have no use for the HovHub, the window cut out could be deleted and the walk-though opening would be replaced with a bookshelf door. In some areas, you may consider sheathing the interior walls to make it safer for natural disasters, etc. Some use them as storage room for valuables. Some use for a cool wine storage room. This is a hallmark memory point for the example builder.
