What Customers are Asking for (Sales)

Mostly directly to our sales people - what are customers asking for in their homes that aren't already offered? How can we improve their homes?

It would be nice to have flooring lay-outs and option selections based on target market segments, so that they aren't all minor shifts for the basic family type. This is especially applies to Senior community. Most prefer no stairs, some like bedrooms/baths for visiting family, but a lot more are for single or couple with older parent, where having extra suite with shower, and still having half bath for guests is better. 2nd floor (1/2 or full) can be added for visitors. Being able to option shower vs tub/shower, maybe even walk-in tub could be valuable to this community.
