Our Aspire | Ascend counter tops are very dated, and too similar to each other. Our current granite does not offer any uniqueness to our homes. Our price point is a half million and up and
since the kitchen is the heart of the home, we should showcase a wow factor! White w/ veins, or some characteristics, a medium neutral, and a deep rich color with texture.
More modern counter tops options will help with sales, as this is constant customer feedback.

Alexander Hovnanianwe will definitely have backsplashes that match the quartz counters. Not sure yet if we will have in aspire until I see the costs compared to the tile. Hopefully aspire but definitely market rate
